Description
Zaniz has worked for a long list of illustrious companies and well known individuals including Island Records, Estee Lauder, Theory, Intercontinental Hotels, St. Andrews, Donald Trump, Ralf Lauren, Elie Tahari, Hunt Group, and even appeared on Late Night with David Letterman to talk about the redesign of the NBC office headquarters. Zaniz has worked with a string of notable clients, delivering impressive projects in the residential, luxury market where the clients are so confidential that Zaniz refers to them by code name.
The scope of Zaniz’s work ranges from contemporary, commercial interior spaces through to luxurious, opulent residential schemes. Projects have included commercial offices, headquarters, hotels, cruise ships, showrooms, golf and country clubs, residences, and theatre sets. Her first large scale project was the renovation of the SS Norway Cruise ship and just last year she worked on developing a new concept design for the recently acquired QE2 Cruise ship. Zaniz has just completed the handover of all of the interiors of an 81 story mixed use tower in Doha where the top 12 floors of residential units have been designed to a level of ultimate luxury unparallel in Doha, Qatar.
Her skills span from; conceptual designs, branding and identity with specialties that include headquarter developments, commercial and public buildings, hotel and retail and luxury, high end projects including residences, yachts and jets.
Zaniz’s work defies categorization. She is equally at home working on high tech ultra modern commercial interiors as with period schemes. Each project begins with a fresh creative eye harnessed to a real understanding of operational, functional and commercial issues along with interpreting the clients brief. Zaniz always insists on the veracity of strength of structure, and demands the highest quality of workmanship at the same time the essential ingredient of her philosophy is a sense of the whimsical and sophisticated playfulness.
